Frequently asked questions
- What counts as an "active user"?
- Any end-user of your product who has had their spending metered at least once — i.e. a wallet has been created for them via the SDK.
- What happens when I hit the limit?
- New users will receive a 402 response from the Agensor API until you upgrade. Existing users are unaffected — their balances continue working normally.
- Can I downgrade?
- Yes. If you downgrade to a lower tier, existing users above the new limit are grandfathered (they keep working) but you cannot add new ones until you are within the limit.
- Is there an annual discount?
- Annual billing is on the roadmap. Email [email protected] if you need it — we can arrange it manually in the meantime.
